Fun run up the canyon with jamison, justin, galen and trevor. Everyone else played soccer. The wind was super bad, and we had a good session of strength training afterwards.

I've been thinking about the difference between Lone Peak's and Pleasant Grove's coaching programs(not the actual coaches, but the different workouts and things we do). I feel like Lone Peak's program has been better for me, even though i've been injured half the time i've been here(no offense to PG). I really miss the buddy 400's at Pleasant Grove, those are my favorite workout to this day. I still miss my friends from Pleasant Grove a lot, and I think about them daily. Lone Peak had a very rocky start with both school and running, but it's gotten tons better. I can't believe i'm saying this, but I would rather be at Lone Peak that Pleasant Grove now. PG was awesome at the time I went there, I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. But Lone Peak has become just as much fun. I've been looking back all this time since i've moved, 3/4 of a year ago today. I had my fun times there, but it's time to look forward.   (And all of this isn't about running, but other things too).

That was deep.

Haha, you think about me on a daily basis. Well, assuming we're still friends.

what would make us not friends anymore? I don't drop friends as easily as some people. And you were one of my closest friends at Pleasant Grove. I'm not saying I don't like PG, because I still miss it at ton there. But mostly I miss my friends.

You mean only friend at PG.
